Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases from Aibibu LLC ("Aibibu", "we", "us"), including SolFox subscriptions and prepaid wallet top-ups. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Digital goods
Our products are digital services delivered electronically. Subscriptions and wallet balances give you immediate access to paid features. Because access is provided as soon as payment succeeds, refunds are handled as described below rather than as an automatic right of return.
2. Prepaid wallet
Funds you add to your prepaid wallet are held as account credit and drawn down as you use metered features or pay subscription fees.
- Unused balance: you may request a refund of the remaining, unused wallet balance, subject to verification and any non-refundable amounts described below.
- Consumed balance: amounts already spent on delivered usage or completed subscription periods are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Depending on the payment gateway, a processing fee may be deducted, and some top-up channels may not support returns to source — in those cases we will work with you on an alternative.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription fees pay for a defined billing period.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- If a subscription charge was clearly made in error, or the service was materially unavailable for a sustained period due to a fault on our side, contact us — we will review the situation and, where appropriate, issue a full or pro-rated refund.
4. How to request a refund
Send a refund request through the support channel listed inside the SolFox app (see the in-app About page). Include the account email, the approximate date and amount of the payment, and a brief reason. We may ask for basic verification to confirm the request comes from the account holder.
5. Timeframe
We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable period after receiving the necessary details. Once a refund is approved, the time for the funds to reach you depends on the payment gateway and your provider, and is outside our direct control.
6. Non-refundable cases
Refunds are generally not available where:
- the balance or subscription period has already been consumed or has expired;
- the request relates to a third-party site or platform detecting, blocking or restricting your activity — no such outcome is guaranteed (see our Terms);
- the account was suspended or terminated for a breach of our Terms of Service, including prohibited or illegal use;
- the request is a duplicate, fraudulent, or abuses this policy through repeated refund cycles.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
