Privacy Policy
Last updated: [DATE]
This Privacy Policy explains how Aibibu LLC ("Aibibu", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our websites and products, including the SolFox anti-detect browser. We designed our products to keep as much data as possible on your own device.
1. Who we are
The data controller is Aibibu LLC. This policy covers Aibibu's company website and the products we operate. Where a specific product has additional in-app notices, those apply together with this policy.
2. Information we collect
Account and authentication
When you create an account, authentication is handled through Supabase Auth. Depending on how you sign in, this includes your email address and password (stored as a secure hash by Supabase) or an OAuth identifier from your chosen provider. Your account is identified internally by a Supabase user ID (a UUID). We use JSON Web Tokens (JWT) to keep you signed in.
Billing and payments
Subscriptions, prepaid wallet balances, metered usage and invoices are managed through Lago, our billing system. When you top up your wallet or pay, payment is processed by third-party payment gateways (for example EasyPay / LaCaiLa, including WeChat Pay and Alipay QR payments). Aibibu does not receive or store raw card numbers — card and payment-instrument details are handled directly by the payment processors.
Product data (SolFox)
SolFox is a desktop application. The data it manages is stored primarily on your own device:
- Browser profiles, including each profile's user-data directory, cookies and fingerprint configuration, are stored local-first on your device.
- Proxy configurations you attach to profiles are stored with those profiles.
- If you enable it, profiles and browser files can be synced to the cloud (our LinkFlow backend) so they are backed up and available across your devices. Cloud sync is optional and under your control.
- SolFox exposes a local automation REST API on 127.0.0.1:17700. This listens on localhost only and is not exposed to the public internet.
Support and diagnostics
If you contact us for support, we process the information you choose to share with us so we can help. We may also process limited technical and security logs to keep the service running and to prevent abuse.
3. How we use information
We use the information above only to:
- provide, operate and maintain our products and your account;
- process subscriptions, wallet top-ups, metering and invoices;
- provide customer support;
- keep our services secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
4. We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We only use it for the purposes described in this policy.
5. Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — authentication and account identity.
- Lago — subscriptions, prepaid wallet, metering and invoicing.
- Payment gateways (for example EasyPay / LaCaiLa, WeChat Pay, Alipay) — processing payments and wallet top-ups.
Each processor handles data under its own terms and security controls, and only for the purposes we instruct.
6. Local-first storage and optional cloud sync
By design, SolFox keeps your browser profiles and their data on your own device. Cloud sync to our backend is opt-in: if you do not enable it, your profile data stays local. When you enable sync, the relevant profile metadata and browser files are transmitted to and stored on our backend so you can restore or use them elsewhere. You can stop syncing at any time.
7. Data retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. Locally stored product data remains on your device until you delete it. Synced data is retained until you delete it or close your account, subject to short technical backup windows.
8. Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, and you may request correction or deletion of it. You can delete most product data yourself directly in the app, and you may request closure of your account. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials via Supabase, and scoped access tokens. The local automation API is bound to localhost and protected by an API key. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
10. Children
Our products are not directed to children and are not intended for anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction (at minimum, under 16). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International transfers
Our processors may store and process data in different countries. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on the processor's safeguards and applicable legal mechanisms.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
13. Governing entity
This policy is issued by Aibibu LLC. The governing jurisdiction is [JURISDICTION — to be completed].
14. Contact us
To exercise the rights described above, report a child's data, or ask about this policy, use the support channel listed inside the SolFox app (see the in-app About page). If a support email is available, it is shown there: [SUPPORT EMAIL — to be completed].
