These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by Aibibu LLC ("Aibibu", "we", "us"), including the SolFox anti-detect browser. By creating an account or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using our products, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the products.

2. Description of services

Aibibu builds privacy and productivity software. SolFox is a desktop application that creates and manages isolated browser profiles — each with its own fingerprint configuration, proxy and local data — built on the Camoufox browser engine. Optional cloud sync and a local automation API are available on eligible plans. We may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account through the support channel listed inside the SolFox app (see the in-app About page).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate illegal activity;
• infringe the rights of others, including intellectual-property, privacy and contractual rights;
• violate the terms of service of any third-party website or platform, or use the products for fraud, spam, abuse or unauthorised access;
• distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload or compromise our infrastructure or other users;
• resell, sublicense or misrepresent the products without our written permission.

Our products give you technical control over browser identity and networking. You are solely responsible for how you use them and for complying with the rules of any site or service you access.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid features are offered through subscriptions and a prepaid wallet, managed by our billing provider Lago. You can top up your wallet through third-party payment gateways; metered usage and subscription fees are drawn against your balance or billed per your plan. Prices, plan limits and metered rates are shown at the point of purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

6. Intellectual property

Aibibu and its licensors own the software, branding and content of our products, except where stated otherwise. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the products in accordance with these Terms.

SolFox is built on Camoufox, an open-source browser engine licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL-2.0). Camoufox and its underlying components remain the property of their respective authors and are used under that licence; the applicable notices and source availability are preserved. Our own licence to you does not cover, and does not restrict, your rights in those open-source components under their respective licences.

7. Disclaimers

The products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular anti-detection, privacy or automation outcome will be achieved. Third-party sites and platforms may detect, block or restrict activity regardless of the tools used.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aibibu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the products is limited to the amount you paid to us for the products in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the products and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect our services and other users. On termination, your right to use the products ends; certain provisions (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — to be completed], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive authority over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If you continue to use the products after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
